The Lynnwood Community Hall is available for paid members of the Lynnwood Community League for meetings, small parties, dinner functions and events.  Please note that our hall is a non-smoking facility. 

As of October 16th, 2006, new rates apply for the hall (signed contracts will not reflect the price changes):

• Monday to Thursday (days and evenings) -  $60.00

• Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings - are not available due to community programs.

• Weekends - $75.00 per half day, as long as event is over and the hall is cleaned before 5:00 p.m. 

• All day event - $150.00   You would get the keys the night before, if possible, for setup and have the key until your party is over. 

A security deposit of the same price as your rental is required and will be cashed on the date the contract is signed.  Money owing to you after return of keys will be refunded by cheque.

A signed contract also required. 

Cancellation without 7 days notice will result in the security deposit cheque not being refunded.

If you are wishing to have liquor at an event, you need liquor license insurance.  If you are unsure of how to get this please contact me.

The hall has a nice kitchen, but offers no dishes, pots or utensils, as the hall has suffered losses and theft.  Most things can be rented from Special Event Rentals, as an example, if you want anything over and above paper plates, etc.
